More tools for you – New CRiskCo dictionary!

The CRiskCo Dictionary is a reference tool that explains the analytics available on the CRiskCo Platform. The guide gives an overview of the terms and their significance, as well as the measurement’s expected or desired outcome.

For example, do you know how Current Ratio is calculated?

The current ratio is a metric for determining a firm’s liquidity. It displays their ability to cover all short-term obligations, such as payments due within the next 12 months, by utilizing assets that they intend to convert to cash within that time frame. We divide the Current Assets by the Current Liabilities to get the answer.

A ratio of less than 1 implies that the debts due in the next 12 months exceed the assets projected to be turned to cash in the following year. A greater ratio indicates that a company is better capable of making those payments.
