Revolutionizing Access: the Latest CRiskCo Platform Gems
At CRiskCo, we’re always working to make your experience better. Check out our latest improvements for an even smoother ride:
1. Improved Invoice Management: Direct Links and Payment Information
Exciting news! We’ve implemented an update in the system to enhance your invoice management experience. Now, each invoice comes with its unique ID equipped with a direct link. By clicking on the invoice ID, you can easily open the invoice in a new page and download it, providing you with a more direct and efficient process.
For invoices falling under the types “PUE” (Payment in a single installment), you’ll receive this message: “El pago inmediato no genera recibo” (Immediate payment does not generate a receipt). This explanation provides transparency on why the receipt ID is unavailable – instant payments at the time of purchase don’t generate a receipt for the client.
For invoices of types “PPD” (Payment in installments or deferred), you’ll receive the actual invoice ID, simplifying the identification process.
These improvements are accessible in the Receivables and Payables tabs under the Reports page, as well as in the Client and Supplier pages under the “All Records” tab.
Additionally, on the client and supplier pages, you can view item descriptions and total amounts directly within the selected invoice on the table, eliminating the need to open the invoice separately. Simply press the button in the ‘Details’ column on the table next to the chosen invoice to access the item descriptions.
Finally, we have enhanced the visualization and changed the name of the risk report download button to provide an even clearer experience. This update aims to make the process more user-friendly and straightforward for our users.
2. ISSIF file status on Risk report
In our Risk Report Files, we’ve introduced comments that identify companies lacking ISSIF files. For those with ISSIF, the option to download the file is available. For those without ISSIF, our platform provides a straightforward explanation — status “Not in SAT”.
