## What it is and how it works

The Secretaría de Economía's Publicaciones de Sociedades Mercantiles system (psm.economia.gob.mx) holds the notices companies are legally required to publish. The query retrieves every publication tied to the company, acting as an early warning on structural corporate events a counterparty may not disclose during onboarding.
