Key findings include: business sales grew +10.9% (Jan-Oct 2025 vs 2024), operating profit surged +40.3%, operating margin expanded +5.7pp (from 21.6% to 27.3%), while operating spend increased only +2.8%. The report also covers concentration risk (24.9% of businesses have HHI > 0.50), blacklist exposure trends (-59.6% decline), and actionable recommendations for 2026 including KYS programs, continuous compliance monitoring, and margin-based early warning systems. ### Jalisco 2026 Geographic Exposure Report URL: https://criskco.com/jalisco-exposure-report-2026 English: https://criskco.com/en/jalisco-exposure-report-2026 On February 22, 2026, a security operation in Tapalpa, Jalisco triggered widespread commercial disruption across Mexico's second-largest economy. CRiskCo mapped the exposure across monitored client portfolios and found: 4 in 5 companies carry a measurable economic relationship with Jalisco; 14.3% are classified High-risk (HQ in Jalisco or >30% revenue/purchase concentration); 89.6% of exposed companies are headquartered outside Jalisco, connected through commercial ties rather than geography; 1.25M+ counterparty links were mapped. The report covers risk classification tiers, geographic reach analysis, exposure profiles (54.3% dual, 40% purchase-only, 5.7% revenue-only), concentration analysis showing supply chain dependency as the undermonitored dimension, a five-dimension analytical framework (revenue, supply chain, operating address, compliance, reputation), data freshness assessment (only 39.5% had data <30 days old), monitoring recommendations across 30-day/3-month/6-month horizons, and actionable steps for compliance teams and lenders. ### SAT Service Status Monitor URL: https://criskco.com/sat-service-status-mexico English: https://criskco.com/en/sat-service-status-mexico A live daily monitoring dashboard tracking the availability and reliability of Mexico's SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) web services. CRiskCo monitors two key SAT services around the clock (24 checks per day) and publishes daily availability data including failed hours, availability percentage, and incident patterns. **Key findings (Sep 2025–Jan 2026):** - October 2025 was the most unstable period, with multiple days of complete service failure. - Failure patterns are clustered, not uniformly distributed — indicating systemic issues rather than random outages. - The second monitored service maintained better stability but still showed intermittent disruptions. **Why it matters:** Financial institutions, compliance teams, onboarding providers, and API-dependent businesses rely on SAT services for RFC validation, CFDI verification, and tax compliance checks. Understanding downtime patterns helps teams plan operational windows, configure retry strategies, and set SLA expectations. --- ## Blog & Thought Leadership CRiskCo publishes bilingual (Spanish/English) thought leadership, SEO-optimized guides, video content, and press coverage. Not exposed through the CRiskCo web portal. CFSS is a normalization framework that converts financial statements extracted from Mexico's SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) into a single, stable API output. SAT declarations exist in multiple formats — Standard XLS, SB2X, Transport, Agriculture, and Group of Companies — and cover multiple fiscal years. CFSS absorbs these structural differences and exposes a consistent set of named fields with the same meaning regardless of the SAT source format or fiscal year. ### Three-layer field architecture (130 fields total) 1. **Named Output Fields (71)** — camelCase fields clients consume directly (e.g. `legalCompanyName`, `totalRevenue`, `operatingProfitLoss`, `netIncome`, `totalAssets`). Primary analytical layer. 2. **Account Hierarchy Fields (44)** — Class totals (e.g. `ASSET` 100000), type subtotals (e.g. `AT_CurrentAsset` 101000), and subtypes (e.g. `ST_Bank` 101101, `ST_Inventory` 101102). Building blocks of the named output layer. 3. **Aggregate Fields (15)** — Computed fields in the 900XXX class (e.g. `netSales` 901100, `grossProfit` 901102, `operatingProfitLoss` 901103, `totalCashAndMarketableSecurities` 901105, `totalAssets` 901107, `longTermDebtTotal` 901108, `retainedEarningsTotal` 901110, `operatingMarginIs` 901121, `workingCapitalChangesTotal` 901125). Built from formulas applied across multiple source accounts. This class will expand over time. ### Account class breakdown (6 classes) | Class | Code | Fields | Covers | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | ASSET | 100000 | 30 | Current assets (cash, receivables, inventories) and non-current assets (fixed assets, intangibles, long-term investments) | | EQUITY | 200000 | 12 | Share capital, retained earnings, reserves, adjustments, other equity components | | EXPENSE | 300000 | 27 | Operating expenses, other expenses (interest, taxes, FX losses), and cost of goods sold | | LIABILITY | 400000 | 17 | Current liabilities (payables, suppliers, advances) and long-term liabilities (debt, provisions) | | REVENUE | 500000 | 17 | Core sales and discounts, plus other income (interest, dividends, exchange gains, fiscal income) | | Metadata | — | 12 | Entity identity, statement period, fiscal year, currency, industry classification, SAT source format | ### Key use cases - Cross-format normalization for credit risk modelling across heterogeneous SAT filings - Stable downstream schemas for portfolio analytics, automated underwriting, and BI pipelines - Bilingual (ES/EN) field descriptions for international teams operating in Mexico - A foundation layer for the FinScore model and other CRiskCo analytical products ### Access CFSS data is served exclusively via the `GetCompanyFinancialStatement` API endpoint. Authentication uses CRiskCo `apiId` / `apiKey` headers.
