Technical Support & AI Operations Specialist
We're looking for a Technical Support & AI Operations Specialist β a hands-on problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success. You'll be responsible for providing first-tier technical support to our clients, ensuring fast and efficient handling of requests, and helping us build smarter internal processes with AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do
Monitor and manage the support queue β respond to incoming client requests, track their status, and ensure timely resolutions.
Communicate with internal teams β provide updates to support and operations teams regarding client application status and performance.
Manage users and permissions β handle user accounts, authentication, and client-level access controls.
Develop AI-based automations β use Vibe Coding and other no-code/AI tools to build small-scale applications that enhance team productivity.
Document processes and learnings β maintain clear documentation of solutions, automations, and client configurations.
Who You Are
Hands-on experience with SQL and basic database work
Technical background β experience supporting APIs, software systems, or SaaS platforms
Curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of independence and ownership
Genuine interest in AI, automation, and data-driven problem solving
Experience or familiarity with Vibe Coding, Make, n8n, Bubble, or other no-code tools is highly valuable
Enjoy improving workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and building solutions that make teams more efficient
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree
Ability to communicate and work in English is a must

Sales Executive
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, giving sales presentations, developing proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and CRiskCo's offerings to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
What You'll Do
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the financial technology and B2B sectors across Mexico and LATAM.
Build and maintain strong client relationships β act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and develop tailored proposals that showcase CRiskCo's platform capabilities.
Negotiate deals and achieve sales targets β drive revenue growth by closing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and CRiskCo's product roadmap to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, support, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
Who You Are
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the financial technology or B2B sectors
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and building client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Spanish and English
Knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance processes or enterprise software solutions is a plus
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance tools
Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
