What exactly are 'Declaraciones y Pagos' and 'Facturación (CFDI)'?

These are the two core SAT digital services. Declaraciones y Pagos handles tax filings, provisional payments, and annual returns. Facturación (CFDI) is Mexico's mandatory electronic invoicing system — every legal invoice in the country passes through it. When either service degrades, businesses cannot file taxes or issue invoices on time.

How does SAT instability affect CRiskCo clients?

The visible names follow the monitor's current configuration. Right now they appear as "Declaraciones y Pagos" and "Facturación (CFDI)".

What should I do if SAT is showing 'Low Availability'?

You can still use CRiskCo normally — new company connections and data requests will go through, but expect longer processing times. Avoid scheduling large batch operations during extended outages. Check back in a few hours — most SAT disruptions resolve within 4–12 hours.

How does CRiskCo extract data when SAT is unstable?

CRiskCo uses adaptive extraction: when SAT responds slowly, we queue requests and retry with exponential backoff. During full outages, we serve cached data with a freshness timestamp so clients know exactly how current the information is. Once SAT recovers, pending extractions complete automatically.

Can I get historical availability data via API?

Yes — CRiskCo API clients can query historical SAT availability for any date range in our monitoring window. This is useful for compliance reporting, SLA documentation, or understanding why a specific extraction was delayed. Contact your account manager for endpoint details.
