Partial update: SAT Annual Declarations 2023
Although an official statement from the SAT is expected around March 15, we have already seen the early implementation of changes of the 2023 SAT annual Declarations.
At CRiskCo, we are always on top of updates. Our systems are already adjusted to support these changes, allowing easy access to the 2023 Declarations. We are actively investigating any modifications to ensure compatibility.
Changes to date in the SAT 2023 Declarations
For the Declaration – “Estado de Situación Financiera al Cierre del Periodo 2023” (in XLSX format), we have noticed and adapted the following modifications:
4 rows have been added to the balance sheet section:
In the “Assets” section:
– Other short-term assets
– Other long-term assets
In the “Liabilities” section:
– Other short-term liabilities
– Other long-term liabilities
For the Annual Declaration 2023 – “Personas Morales del Régimen de los Coordinados”, we have noticed and adapted the following modifications:
The names of 2 rows in the Profit and Loss Account section have been changed:
INGRESOS PROPIOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD NACIONALES(2022) is now called INGRESOS PROPIOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD NACIONAL (2023)
INGRESOS PROPIOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD EXPORTACIÓN (2022) is now called INGRESOS PROPIOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD DE EXPORTACIÓN (2023)
As more changes are implemented, we will ensure we align with them and communicate them clearly. Once the SAT publishes the official statement, we will send another email with the complete changes, ensuring 100% compatibility.
